Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
Returns
You may return your order within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The pouch must be unopened, unused, and with its original seal intact
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 10 days with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no return shipping needed.
Change of Mind
Since Joint Fuel is a consumable herbal supplement, we can only accept change-of-mind returns for unopened, sealed pouches. If your pouch has been opened, please contact us on WhatsApp first to discuss your options.
Return Shipping
Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
